Safety and Health

" If a job cannot be performed in a safe manner, then we will not perform it until a safe approach is arrived to ".

The continuous improvement of safety and health at work is a key objective of our company and employment policy.

1- maintenance is essential to keep the working environment safe and reliable - lack of maintenance or inadequate maintenance can cause serious accidents or health problems.
2- maintenance itself is a high-risk activity and it has to be performed in a safe way, with appropriate protection of maintenance workers and other people present in the workplace.

Safety is our primary concern & we have stepped up our efforts to ensure safety on each and every project, including a Safety Orientation for new personnel, and companywide Awareness and Incentive programs to promote a safe working environment ; and finally yearly safety orientation of ALL field and management personnel.

We value safety at all times and in all situations.

Modern computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

provide our maintenance teams with new technologies to control each side of their working day, and occupational health and safety (OSH) is a key component of this process.
CMMS and its safety maintenance management solutions provide a variety of features to simplify, manage, and automate many processes, and integrate the documentation into a single point of access so that we can get all the data we need anywhere. This last point is particularly valuable because it integrates all security-related information, including running maintenance reports, into a single access point accessible through smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. This functionality creates many operational advantages for maintenance supervisors.

Five of the most notable advantages are:

1. Safety updates;

In the CMMS can integrate safety records (be it a .pdf, image file, spreadsheet, document, video or other data types) with Asset Management. When a new safety guideline is created, the working team will see the new guidance there and help you distribute the information and keep the employees as efficient as possible.

2. Keep training

We must regularly practice emergency techniques and practice evacuations in order to comply with various regulatory standards and make sure that all our team are positioned to be safe during a disaster event. Our quality team is responsible for scheduling these events, implementing and documenting the results.

3. incidents record

Incident reports can be used to inform ongoing safety guidelines and help us improve our team and a CMMS can help to provide incident documentation in all other security management within the system. We can also sort by incidents by employee, location, type, cause, and website. All of these data make it much easier to put historical incident data in context and use it to improve operation on a daily basis.

4. Auditing

We can integrate our auditing functions into CMMS and have it use all of these resources to streamline the entire evaluation process. All of the data we need is in one place, simplifying the analysis that we need to perform.

5. Understand document history

by using CMMS It gives us the ability to link files, show updates to our team, distribute data through relevant channels, compile reports, and take care of the clerical details so that we can focus on problem solving and ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.
