Must Venders are rely a broad on their limited resource team or their local partners which are reacting for emergency case within 72 hours (mostly more than this time) this is due to that the maintenance service for the venders & there local partners are not a core business & they don’t have enough resources to do the job.
By Swiss Power Solutions we don’t rely on local partner but we rely on our project team which assigned for the region in a station office and In case of emergency call:

Our professional team will be able to response to be on site within two hours through working hour’s time & within three hours outside working hour’s time.
